For the student, admission to the programme automatically implies that he or she will spend the first semester in one institution and be accepted by another, in a different country, for the second semester.

Certification
Mutual recognition. _Each institution has agreed to recognise the teaching and evaluation methods of all other institutions as well as the equivalence of their curricula. Accordingly any examination passed at any university in the Consortium is fully and automatically recognised by all the other MEST universities.
